Ascentcare Dental Products
All Ascentcare products are meticulously designed, assembled, and tested thoroughly before shipping to your dental office. Each of our dental instruments are covered under our limited warranty for a period of 6 months from the date of shipping, with the exception of the VacuLUX Adapter and the VacuVUE Mirror, which include an extended warranty period of one year.
We guarantee our products to be free of manufacture defects, both in the assembly process and the materials included in the design. In the unfortunate case that a problem should occur during the warranty period, please complete the form below.
You will receive instructions for returning the product within 3-5 business days. If the product inspected for warranty is deemed a manufacturer defect and covered under warranty Ascentcare will ship a replacement at no charge.
Ascentcare will not assume responsibility for misuse, obvious abuse, special, supplementary, consequential or indirect damages of our products under this provision. Products showing any sign of disassembly or alteration, upon our inspection, are null and void of any warranty rights. Warranty is nontransferable.

This covers any tearing during normal use and even discoloration (though some color change over time is natural; see our care tips).
Our one-piece autoclavable mouthpieces are built to last. The innovative open-flap design ensures effortless access for pre-cleaning, to easily and thoroughly remove residual biomatter before autoclaving, which helps prevent premature yellowing. Additionally, our commitment to quality means using optically clear silicone, despite the higher cost. Our investment in premium materials ensures your mouthpiece remains clear longer, providing you with the best possible experience.
If you're unhappy with your mouthpiece's appearance within 100 uses or two months, we'll replace it hassle-free. Just email a photo of your mouthpiece on a white background to support@ascentcaredental.com with your name, order number and phone number. You'll pay just a small charge for shipping, and we'll make sure you get a fresh, clear mouthpiece to continue providing the best possible care to your patients.
