All Ascentcare products are meticulously designed, assembled, and tested thoroughly before shipping to your dental office. Each of our products is covered under our limited warranty for a period of 6 months from the date of shipping, with the exception of the VacuLUX Adapter and the VacuVUE Mirror, which have a warranty period of one year.

We guarantee our products to be free of manufacture defects, both in the assembly process and the materials included in the design. In the unfortunate case that a problem should occur during the warranty period, please complete the form below.

You will receive instructions for returning the product within 3-5 business days. If the product inspected for warranty is deemed a manufacturer defect and covered under warranty Ascentcare will ship a replacement at no charge.

Ascentcare will not assume responsibility for misuse, obvious abuse, special, supplementary, consequential or indirect damages of our products under this provision. Products showing any sign of disassembly or alteration, upon our inspection, are null and void of any warranty rights. Warranty is nontransferable.
