Ascentcare Dental Products is pleased to offer a 30-day, money back, satisfaction guarantee on all non-consumable products purchased. This allows customers the option to evaluate our systems and, for any reason, return them within the time period.
Offer period begins once product has been received by the customer and ends on the 30th calendar day.
All return requests must be made through the completion of the product return form below.
If you meet the return criteria above, you will be e-mailed an RMA number within 3-5 business days with instructions for returning the product.
For the protection of our staff and per postal requirements, all used returned products must be cleaned, sterilized and in an autoclave bag indicating sterilization has occurred. Because of the severity of cross-contamination concerns, any used items received that are not in an autoclave pouch will be discarded at the customer’s expense. If requesting a return for items that are not autoclavable, you will be given specific return instructions via email.
All returns are carefully inspected by our Quality Control department. Items that pass inspection shall be eligible for a full refund, less shipping & handling.
Once the item(s) have been received and pass inspections, a refund will be issued and you will be notified by email. Processing time for returns is typically 1-2 weeks.
